Colored boxes - Finished!
We now have one HTML file that:
- renders correctly in modern browsers
- renders reasonably well in recent browsers (small bug in Win/IE5)
- renders acceptably in old browsers (there is some style and all content is accessible)
- renders a different layout for printers
